You might be aware that in spite of all our efforts, the LIcensing Committee granted permission for the Triangle Club to open at 10am every day, selling alcohol from 11 am. The closing times have not changed from the last hearing. The Club had applied for change of use during the week, food and alcohol outlet. The opening times will be:
Sunday-Thursday 10:00 – 23:00 (all out by 23:45)
Friday – Saturday 10:00 – 2.30 (all out by 3:15 )
A condition was imposed on the Licence Holder to make available, on their website, a telephone number by which a Manager located at the premises can be contacted. The number given is 07746 729003
We were told 'they are opening this weekend'. The website confirms it. We should be very vigilant and contact the club on the above number and call 101 if appropriate. If in the future you contact the club I would appreciate if you let us know if you had a response and copy to Cllr Hector.

ROADWORKS - expected disruptions
We received the following information from Brent regarding roadworks that affect the exits on to the Harrow Rd
- Currently, Furness Road is closed at the junction of Harrow Road whilst junction improvement works continue: these works are due to be completed on 26 July (well, they were a bit late but it has now reopened).
- On 29 July Wrottesley Road will be closed at the junction with Harrow Road so that Brent can undertake junction improvement works - the planned completion date is 22 August to avoid conflict with Notting Hill Carnival. Thames Water will be undertaking sewer repairs from 27 August which will require three way temporary signals at the Harrow Road Wrottesley Road junction: these works are due for completion on 9 September.
KGS have decided to schedule the yearly Neighbours Day this year on the same day as the Car Free Day. We have applied to Brent to close the Junction at Furness Rd / Harrow Rd in front of the pocket park for the day. We will have music, food, freshly pressed fruit juice, face painting, massage crafts, activities for children, etc.
We need more help to run and prepare the Day, so please get in touch with us with any ideas plus availability to help.If you have fruit in your garden and would like us to pick it please let us know. If you want to pick it yourself even better. If you have any ideas or contacts for any of the above activities please let us know too.
