There is also a Harlesden Neighbourhood Forum meeting on Tuesday 20 March from 6.15pm at Tavistock Hall, High Street in Harlesden. It is important that we attend some of these meetings as the Harlesden Forum is one of the places where we can have a say about what we want Harlesden to be. Amongst other items on the agenda there will be a presentation on available money to improve Willesden Junction and the surrounding area's environment.
On Saturday 24 March, Kensal Green Streets are organising a mini event in Furness Pocket Park from 2pm to 4pm. We will be sowing seeds: sunflowers, nasturtiums, wild flowers etc as well as planting foxgloves, holyhocks, etc. Do come along: children particularly welcome - they will also take home their own little pot with a sunflower seed. You might have noticed that the daffodils we planted in the last couple of years, together with Brent Parks, are in bloom, so there is a real Spring feel in the air. We enjoy seeing them every time we pass by the Park. So let's continue improving our park.
