Dear All,

Firstly sorry again for the group email, but I wanted to give everyone an update on where we are at with this wonderful project!

The festival has really taken shape and we have the most amazing line up of restaurants and producers already involved:

Hix, Moro, Ottolenghi, Caravan, Wahaca, Polpo, Vinoteca, The Imperial, The Shop, The Whippet Inn, Gracelands Café, Koya, E&O, Gail’s, Granger & Co, Dirty Burger, Soho House, The Bowler, Fed by Lillie, Union Street Café, Beavertown Brewery, Camden Town Brewery, NZ Wine Cellar, Caves des Pyrennes, Caravan Coffee Roasters, Provenance Butchers with more being signed up weekly.

The food stalls will be supported by loads of kids activities, live music, a bar with wine tastings / foraged cocktails, craft beer, a picnic garden and a world fete area.

You can now buy tickets to the festival on our website – please do buy tickets and tell your friends too - as we have a limited capacity at the festival so may not have any tickets left on the day! Kids under 12 yrs free.

We also have a wonderful line up of sponsors and supporters involved:

Coloursonic, Greene & Co, Winkworth, London Newcastle, Wilcox Birchmore, Queens Park Design & Build, Gerber PR, Caravan, Wahaca, Peek Architecture & Design, OCCO Media, Wizz It, Breathing Juice, Buro Creative

BUT WE NEED A FEW MORE!!! I have attached the sponsorship docs – if anyone can think of a great charity minded business that would like to get involved, please do let me know!

We also still need some support for specific items – we plan to have 6 amazing SWAG BAGS at the festival for our raffle:
1 x RESTAURANT SWAG BAG - containing cookbooks, wine, dining vouchers, beautiful food produce
5 x GENERAL SWAG BAGS – containing gorgeous kids stuff, beauty products, deli products, artisan food vouchers, massage and mani / pedi vouchers etc.

If you know of anyone / business that would like to donate an amazing product / item to the swag bags, please let me know.

Lastly, the infrastructure!  so again if anyone knows people / businesses who may be able to help with the one of the below list, let me know – we are trying to save every penny we can so that all money goes towards the Garden project:

 - catering equipment hire
 - marquee hire
 - staging – for music stage
 - sound equipment
 - portaloos
 - power / generators / distribution
 - waste management
 - flyer printing
 - disposables – plastic cups / napkins / plastic spoons etc (ideally recycled / biodegradable)
 - water / smoothies / juice / mixers
